I’ve been flying with Lufthansa/Swiss for 4 years almost religiously. Until today I thought they were a great airline(s). Unlike American airline providers, they didn’t look at the small things to make money. That is no longer true.
They’ve become a headache just like RyanAir. Except with RyanAir, you know the deal and the price.
Today I had to go through the headache of confirming my carry-on luggage fit into their baggage checker. The bag was well within 8kg, but the wheels, yes, the wheels, didn’t fit.
Total fail. And now I’ll be looking for a different airline provider.
